Strides is Parks for Play’s fortnightly Sunday club for younger adults where they can hang out with friends, prepare and eat a meal together, explore new interests and build life-enhancing skills such as cooking, gardening, home maintenance, crafting and keeping fit.
There will always be different activities for club members to choose from at the sessions, and to support them as they stride forward in life they will also get the opportunity to try a range of new experiences and co-design what these are.
