PARKS FOR PLAY ADMISSIONS POLICY

You can download our Parks for Play Admissions Policy
here: ADMISSIONS POLICY

Places in children and youth services are prioritised for families living within 3 miles of our base as the crow flies. Please see map guidance

The Play Well service prioritises children going to school or living within 2 miles of Coronation Road Play Centre,

The younger adults service prioritises people living in Selly Oak Constituency.

Currently we are not taking referrals or accepting new service members.

We are doing all we can over the next 12 months to welcome and accommodate the 100 families who have expressed an interest in using our services. Please understand that for this reason we are not currently taking any new referrals. We know how frustrating it is for SEND families to be put on waiting lists that go nowhere.

Before you book your first session, please contact the team
at Parks for Play to register your interest and tell us about the person you are booking for.

Contact practicemanager@parksforplay.org or call 07723 201242. You can also fill out our Expression of Interest form and we will contact you.

We will run through our Admissions Policy with you.

Please note we prioritise places to our most local and vulnerable children and young people.

In order to join a group, each service user MUST:

  • Complete a registration form
  • Complete a induction interview with a Service Lead
  • Complete an Individual Healthcare Plan if medicine is required to be administered
  • Complete allergen and epilepsy forms (if applicable)
